3. TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About us. This store is operated by Gritstock MB, a company registered in Lithuania (VAT LT100015792913). "We", "us" and "our" refer to Gritstock MB. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products. We sell military surplus, reproduction and tactical equipment. Genuine surplus items are pre-owned or ex-issue unless described as new; minor variations in shade, markings and condition are normal and are not defects. Product images are representative — the item you receive may differ slightly in markings or shade.

4. Restricted items and lawful use. Some items we sell are subject to import restrictions, age limits or local law in your country. You are responsible for ensuring that any item you order may lawfully be imported and possessed at your address. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfil. Our products are sold for lawful outdoor, collecting, re-enactment, work and everyday use only.

5. Not military-affiliated. Gritstock is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any armed force, government or defence ministry. Insignia and markings on surplus items are original to those items and are sold as historical artefacts.

6. Pricing and availability. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund in full. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

7. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or where a stated address cannot be verified.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, photographs, logos and design — is owned by Gritstock MB or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. EU consumers retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of their country of residence.

11. Changes. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
