2. SHIPPING POLICY
Dispatch
Orders placed before [CONFIRM: cut-off time, e.g. 14:00 EET] on business days are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or Lithuanian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, weather and carrier delays are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.Â
United States — duties paid
All US orders ship DDP: import duties and taxes are calculated and paid by us, and are included in the price you see at checkout. You will not receive a customs bill on delivery.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we'll refund the order value less shipping and any duties already paid. Re-shipping is charged at the standard rate.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. We do not consider a parcel lost until the carrier's investigation period has elapsed (21–30 days for international post), after which we will replace or refund it.
