US collar insignia as worn by American Army Officers in WW2.

These badges would have been attached to the collar of the US Officer Class A uniform. On the Service coat, two were worn on the upper of each lapel. Below on the lower lapel, the Officers Branch of Service insignia would have been worn (USAAF, Infantry, Armoured etc).
