An original East German Army combat belt in gray, supplied as genuine issued surplus from the Cold War era. The belt is made from 100% polyester and fastens with a buckle that adjusts, so the length can be set by the wearer. It is a plain, functional piece of East German military kit that still works as an everyday belt, and it is an easy addition to a military surplus or vintage collection.
There is little to a belt like this beyond the webbing and the buckle. The polyester body carries the plain gray finish of East German issue, and the buckle sets the length.
This is genuine issued surplus. Every item has been used, so expect wear, fading and marks, and expect variation from one item to the next.
