The Scorpion is MFH Professional's premium softshell jacket, finished in black. It is teflon-coated, water-, oil- and dirt-repellent, and both windproof and breathable, with a water column of 8000 mm and breathability of 5000 mvp (g/m2/24h). All zips are by YKK. The collar has an integrated hood with a visor, and the front closes with a 2-way zip and a chin guard. Pockets, hook-and-loop sleeve adjustment and pit-zip vents fill out the specification. Sizes run from S through 3XL.
The hood is integrated into the collar and carries a visor, and it draws in on an elastic drawstring with a cord stopper. The 2-way front zip lets you open the jacket from the hem as well as from the neck, and there is a chin guard.
Storage is spread across the jacket: large pockets on both sides with inner pockets, a large pocket on the back with side openings and a zip, 2 upper arm pockets and a further pocket at the left sleeve end. Two of those pockets carry a headphone port.
The shell is 94% polyester and 6% elastane over a 100% polyester lining, and the jacket carries pit-zip vents and hook-and-loop adjustment at the sleeves.
