The Mil-Tec Pro gaiters use a steel wire fixing and come in olive. The upper is 100% polyester, the lining is 100% polyester, and the border is 100% polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Listed weight is 333 g (11.7 oz), and they are made in China. There is little to a gaiter beyond its materials and its fixing, and both are set out plainly here.
